2. The Liberator 'This Is The Sea', South Africa

- Tastes like: a burst of citrus zest with a hint of salty sea breeze.
- Pairs with: seafood pasta, grilled calamari or anything with citrus and herbs.
- Insider intel: this rare South African Albariño is from coastal vineyards where the maritime climate gives it that distinctive briny lift.

3. Wallflower White Wine, La Mancha, Spain

- Tastes like: a tropical tipple with aromas of green apple and citrus thrown in for good measure.
- Pairs with: goats cheese and caramelised onion tarts. chicken dishes, or a light salad.
- Insider intel: Wallflower uses old-vine grapes with minimal intervention, letting the personality of the fruit shine through in the wine.

4. Canetta Orange Wine, Spain

- Tastes like: complex, slightly tannic, with golden-orange hues and notes of dried apricot and orange peel. Skin-contact magic in a can.
- Pairs with: roasted chicken, pumpkin dishes, or nutty autumn risottos. (Yes, Sunday roast, we’re looking at you.).
- Insider intel: Made from Cartoixà de Marina grapes, this orange wine has subtle texture from gentle skin-contact fermentation.
- Snack Hack: Try it with roasted root veggies drizzled in honey - a surprisingly perfect match.
5. Canned Wine Co Gamay, France
- Tastes like:an autumnal harvest of berries with a touch of spice.
- Pairs with:charcuterie boards, roasted vegetables, or mushroom dishes.
- Insider intel: Gamay is France’s go-to light red -perfect chilled slightly and designed for everyday drinking without ceremony.
- Food pairing: try it with a mushroom toast or a gooey raclette for maximum autumnal vibes.
6. BONU Primitivo, Italy

- Tastes like: dark fruits, soft spice, and main character energy. Big, bold, and ready for a cosy night in.
- Pairs with: rich pasta dishes, slow-cooked meats, or anything tomato-based.
- Insider intel: Primitivo grapes from sunny Puglia give this wine a warm, Mediterranean personality — fruit-forward but balanced.
