2. The Liberator 'This Is The Sea', South Africa

Albariño canned white wine

  • Tastes like: a burst of citrus zest with a hint of salty sea breeze.
  • Pairs with: seafood pasta, grilled calamari or anything with citrus and herbs.
  • Insider intel: this rare South African Albariño is from coastal vineyards where the maritime climate gives it that distinctive briny lift.

3. Wallflower White Wine, La Mancha, Spain

Wallflower's White Wine from La Mancha, a crisp blend of Airén, Macabeo and Sauvignon Blanc.

  • Tastes like: a tropical tipple with aromas of green apple and citrus thrown in for good measure.
  • Pairs with: goats cheese and caramelised onion tarts. chicken dishes, or a light salad.
