Refund policy

This return and refund policy covers our consumable wine and drinks, then our wine accessories and gift cards.

 

Wine and Drink Policy

If you have received a product that is defective, you are entitled to a refund for that product. This can be arranged by getting in touch with us at louisa@drinkvinito.com. 

Please inspect your order when it arrives and get in touch with us if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item by mistake.

 

Wine Accessories Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase. Furthermore, we require a tracking number and proof of delivery when you return the item in order to process your refund.

Once we receive your item, we'll check it out and notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Boxes Returned To Us

If your order is returned to Vinito HQ for the following reasons, you will need to pay additional shipping costs to re-send the parcel.

  • Address incomplete, inaccessible or incorrect
  • Addressee gone away
  • Parcel not called for

Then you may either request a refund or for the item to be returned. Both options will be subject to a postage and handling fee. This covers the shipping cost of sending the parcel out and an admin fee for managing this.
