After winemaking stints from Austria to South Africa, he’s mastered the art of Grüner Veltliner - fresh, crisp, and full of character. It’s a perfect mix of tradition, terroir, and a modern touch.

Famille d’Exéa has been rooted in Southern France for over 200 years, farming organically across vineyards, olive groves, and grains. Led by Aymeric, the estate blends tradition with a modern, community-oriented spirit, while a young team crafts wines that embody both heritage and innovation.

Walter Glatzer helped put Austria’s Carnuntum region on the map with his focus on quality and proper hands-on vineyard work. Now, his kids Mathias and Hanna are carrying the torch, crafting expressive St Laurent that shows off the family’s passion (and the region’s character) in every glass.
