Shipping Policy

Welcome to Vinito! We're so glad you're here. Below you’ll find all the details about how and when your wine will make its way to you. 

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. 

Shipping Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 - 2 business days from the time of purchase. Delivery usually takes 2 - 4 working days after dispatch.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

We are a small business and currently ship on Monday, Wednesday and Friday each week. The cut-off time is 5pm the day before the shipping day. 

During busy periods like Christmas, we ship more frequently.

Delivery Partners

We use trusted courier services like Royal Mail, DPD, and others to ensure your wine arrives safely and on time. If your order requires a signature or age verification, please have a valid ID ready.

We offer two services for delivery. You can choose between priority 24-hour and standard 48-hour shipping services. All shipments are sent using tracked services. You will be sent a tracking number to follow your parcel’s journey. 

Please note that these delivery times apply once the item has been handed over to our delivery provider and not from the time of checkout.
