The Founding Story of The Copper Crew

The Copper Crew started in the UK when friends Oli Purnell, Theo Gough, and winemaker Sam Lambson set out to fix a common gripe: good single-serve wine was impossible to find.

With their trademark copper hair as inspiration, the brand kicked off with South African wines before joining forces with Canned Wine Co. in 2023. Today, production is based in sunny Puglia, where The Copper Crew crafts organic wines that stay true to their ethos ā€” quality, convenience, and sustainability, all wrapped up in a can.
