BONU Primitivo IGT hails from Salento in Puglia, Italy, where vines aged 20–30 years produce grapes with exceptional depth and concentration. This ruby-red wine shows violet highlights and bursts with aromas of red berries, ripe plum and sweet spice. On the palate, it’s full-bodied yet soft and balanced, with a rich, velvety texture and generous fruit thanks to the staggered ripening of the grapes. Perfect alongside pasta, pizza, roasted meats or a hearty charcuterie board.

Perfect for a variety of occasions, this versatile red pairs beautifully with hearty pasta dishes, grilled meats, or aged cheeses. Best served slightly chilled to bring out its juicy, sun-soaked fruit notes.
