Inside our monthly wine subscription: March 2026

Your March Vinito box is here and it’s all about embracing those lighter days and wines made for early spring drinking. Think crisp whites and rosé to natural reds and crowd-pleasers that were made with pizza in mind - the kind of wines you'll want to open midweek, at the weekend and everywhere inbetween.

Here’s what’s landing in your March box - plus exactly how to enjoy each one.  🍇

1. Canvino Bianco, Italy

  • Tastes like: light and zesty citrus, white peach and delicate white flowers, all wrapped up in soft bubbles
  • Pairs with: aperitivo hour classics; salty snacks, light starters and sunshine (preferably all at once)
  • Insider intel: made using the Charmat method (the same technique used for Prosecco), this wine gets its bubbles from the tank, keeping things fresh, fruity and approachable. It's produced by the historic Decordi family, who've been making wine in northern Italy for generations
  • Food Pairing: burrata bruschetta with lemon zest and olive oil, or Ottolenghi's warm tomato salad

Pop the bubbles

2. Nice Sauvignon Blanc, France

Canned Sauvignon Blanc wine featuring bright, modern packaging, ideal for fans of crisp, citrusy dry white wine.

  • Tastes like: clean, zesty and super refreshing with subtle notes of citrus, gooseberry and a gentle herbal lift
  • Pairs with: fresh spring salads, seafood, goat's cheese or anything light and zingy
  • Insider intel: Côtes de Gascogne is one of France's most underrated regions for Sauvignon Blanc. Cooler Atlantic influences mean that wines grown here are fresher and lower in alcohol which is perfect if you want flavour, without heaviness
  • Try with: Mob's chargrilled feta and beetroot salad

Try spring Sauvignon

3. BONU Pinot Nero Rosato, Italy

BONU Pinot Nero Rosato 25cl from Lombardy, Italy – pale pink with strawberries, raspberries, acacia blossom and grapefruit notes.

  • Tastes like: juicy strawberries, raspberries and a hint of acacia blossom; crisp, and dry
  • Pairs with: grilled seafood, charcuterie boards and sunny spring afternoons that turn into long evenings
  • Insider intel: this rosé is made using Pinot Nero (Italy's name for Pinot Noir), grown in Lombardy where cooler conditions help retain freshness and delicate fruit flavours
  • Food pairing: Ben Lippet's garlic and chilli prawns

  • Pairs with: tapas, grilled vegetables, lighter meat dishes or dare we say it (in March), picnic food
  • Insider intel: made by Amós Bañeres, a natural winemaker known for expressive, low-intervention wines - this red is designed to be enjoyed slightly chilled
  • Food Pairing: patatas bravas or grilled peppers with smoked paprika (try this recipe by Twisted Green)

Chill and pour

5. Vinca Organic Red, Sicily

Vinca Organic Red Wine – Sicilian canned red wine with strawberry and pomegranate

  • Tastes like: vibrant dried strawberry and pomegranate with a gentle, savoury edge. Soft, smooth and very drinkable
  • Pairs with: pizza nights, pasta dishes, roasted veg or casual midweek dinners
  • Insider intel: a blend of Nero d'Avola (structure and depth) and Frappato (freshness and fragrance), this wine captures the sunny, relaxed spirit of Sicily. It's also organic, which means fewer additives and a more honest expression of the grapes
  • Food Pairing: Pizza Pilgrim's aubergine margherita pizza recipe would work really well with this wine

Pour the red

6. Pablo y Walter Malbec, Argentina

The Liberator ‘A 250ml can of red wine made from Argentinian Malbec with a bold design featuring a handshake.

  • Tastes like: bold, juicy and warming blackberries, dark cherries and a touch of chocolate with a hint of oak
  • Pairs with: grilled meats, burgers or hearty veggie dishes and Sunday afternoon naps
  • Insider intel: made from 25-year-old vines in Mendoza, where high altitude vineyards help Malbec retain freshness alongside its trademark richness
  • Food pairing: grilled steak or mushroom burgers with chimichurri - we like the look of Riverfood's mushroom baguette

Time for Malbec

Frequently asked questions about the Vinito wine subscription

What is the Vinito monthly wine subscription?

Vinito is a monthly canned wine subscription based in the UK. Each month, founder Louisa hand-picks six canned wines from producers around the world - typically a mix of whites, rosés and reds from regions including Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Chile, Austria and more. Every box comes with tasting notes written by Louisa, food pairing suggestions, and recipe links so you can get the most from each wine. It's designed for people who love discovering new wines without the pressure of committing to a full bottle.

How much does the Vinito subscription cost?

A monthly subscription is £38 per month. You can also order a one-off box for £40 without subscribing. Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time.

Why canned wine?

Canned wine gets a bad reputation it doesn't deserve. The wines in each Vinito box are the same quality you'd expect from a bottle - often from small, independent producers with real stories behind them. Cans are better for the environment than glass, more practical for picnics, garden evenings and festivals, and they mean you can enjoy a single glass without worrying about finishing a bottle. It's wine that fits around your life.

Is a Vinito subscription good for wine tasting at home?

Yes - it's one of the easiest ways to do structured wine tasting at home without any expertise required. Because each box contains six different wines with tasting notes and food pairings, you can work through them properly: taste each one, compare them, try the suggested pairings. No specialist kit needed. Just six cans, some snacks, and a bit of curiosity.

Can I buy a Vinito box as a wine gift subscription?

Absolutely. A Vinito subscription makes a brilliant gift — especially for wine lovers who are curious about canned wine, people who live alone and don't always want to open a full bottle, or anyone who likes discovering new wines without the faff. We offer gifted subscriptions alongside personal ones. Find out more about gifting a Vinito subscription →

What makes Vinito different from other wine subscription boxes in the UK?

Most wine subscription boxes send bottles. Vinito sends cans - which means more flexibility in how and when you drink your wines and a lighter environmental footprint. Every wine is personally chosen by Louisa, with tasting notes she writes herself rather than copy-pasted producer descriptions. It's a more personal, more curious, more fun take on the wine subscription model.
