Award-winning, organic white wine made from Catarratto grapes grown in the sun-drenched Sicilian vineyards. This vegan and organic white wine is made from carefully selected organic Catarratto - a grape synonymous with Sicilian white wine. The grapes are lightly pressed to retain all the crisp, tropical, and citrus fruit notes. There are notes of pineapple, mango and citrus with a peach-skin-like texture.

Try pairing it with seafood, Thai curry, sheep's cheeses (feta especially), and ricotta.
