The Liberator Worcester Sauce is a hidden gem of South African winemaking - a Red Muscadel (Muscat de Frontignan) crafted in the Worcester region at the foot of the Langeberg mountains.

First produced in 1963, this fortified wine has become a Cape classic, yet remains relatively unknown outside South Africa. The grapes are mulched and left on their skins for up to 48 hours before fortification, resulting in luscious sweetness and depth. In the glass, it offers rich notes of caramel, raisins and ripe red fruit, beautifully lifted by fresh acidity to keep it balanced.

Luxurious yet approachable, it’s perfect for sipping after dinner, pairing with blue cheese, or drizzling over sticky toffee pudding for an indulgent twist.
