Mad Med is an exciting new project from the team behind Domaine de la Mongestine, making natural, wild-fermented, unfiltered and low-sulphur wine in a can in Provence.

Their Le Rouge red wine has vivid, crunchy fruit flavours of raspberry, redcurrant and blood orange with a silky mouthfeel, refreshing acidity and soft tannins. Lovely at room temperature but an ideal red for chilling.

A blend of red and white grapes keeps this red light and refreshing, with good acidity. It has bright flavours of strawberry, red plum and sour cherry, along with silky tannins and a medium body.

This red is super interesting in that it has been blended with Vermentino, a white-skinned grape that is usually found in Italian wines. Adding it to the Grenache gives it a bit more of a lively and lighter feel.
