Mad Med is an exciting new project from the team behind Domaine de la Mongestine, making natural, wild-fermented, unfiltered and low-sulphur wine in a can in Provence.

This is the delightfully fragrant orange wine made from 100% Vermentino. A fresh and thirst-quenching style bursting with aromas of citrus blossom, poached quince and Mediterranean herbs. Dry on the finish with bright acidity and light tannins.

Vermentino pairs well with seafood as well as light meat dishes.

Vinito began as Brixton Wine Club (shout out to the OGs who remember those days!) which kicked off in 2017 as a laid-back wine tasting group in a London flat.

Friends gathered to sip and chat without the snooty wine talk. We quickly realised that great wine doesn't need pomp and ceremony - it just needs to taste good and be easy to enjoy.
