Details

Think lemongrass, nectarine, and ripe summer peaches with a touch of straw and spice. Medium-bodied, fresh, and long-lasting - a beautiful balance of richness and minerality.

Sourced from 100% dry-farmed Chenin Blanc vines planted over 20 years ago on a breezy Swartland hilltop, where you can see Table Mountain in the distance, this wine captures the wild beauty of South Africa’s coastal heartland.

Deep gold in colour, it opens with aromas of lemongrass, nectarines, and wildflowers. On the palate, it’s medium-bodied and vibrant, layered with ripe peach, naartjie (tangerine), and a subtle earthy note of straw. Naturally fermented and whole-bunch pressed, it’s both expressive and textural, with a moreish finish that keeps you coming back for another sip.

Rated 90 points by James Suckling, this is a Chenin that delivers freshness, depth, and a real sense of place.

Perfect with grilled prawns, creamy pasta, or spicy Thai dishes.

  • Vinito is my favourite way to try new wines and makes picking up the mail so much fun.

  • This is perfect! Being the sole drinking in my household, the usual wine subscriptions don't work for me as it is too much wine for one person! Vicki

  • I love having cans in the house as they offer so much more flexibility than a bottle.

We're Vinito!

Where great wine comes in small cans, and big vibes come from the little things in life.

We're on a mission to make wine more fun, less faffy and super easy to enjoy.

Vinito began as Brixton Wine Club (shout out to the OGs who remember those days!) which kicked off in 2017 as a laid-back wine tasting group in a London flat.

Friends gathered to sip and chat without the snooty wine talk. We quickly realised that great wine doesn't need pomp and ceremony - it just needs to taste good and be easy to enjoy.

The founding story

Why we love wine in a can

Canned wine isn’t a trend. It’s a smart, sustainable way to enjoy great wine, without the pressure of opening a full bottle. We've probably all accidentally finished a bottle and regretted it the next morning.

At Vinito, we believe good wine should fit into your life, not the other way around. That’s why we champion alternative formats that are better for you and the planet.
