BONU Pecorino IGT comes from the mountainous vineyards of Abruzzo, Italy, where cooling Adriatic breezes enhance the grapes’ freshness. Hand-harvested and carefully selected, the fruit undergoes seven months of maturation, resulting in a bright straw-yellow wine with an aromatic, floral nose layered with citrus, melon and pineapple. On the palate, it’s silky, complex and refined, finishing dry and elegant.

Perfect with seafood, light pasta dishes, fresh salads or goat cheese, making it ideal for both casual and sophisticated dinners.
