Attimo’s white wine, made from the hybrid grape variety ‘Soreli’ (meaning "sunshine"), is a vibrant, golden-yellow wine with a burst of floral aromas and a rich, tropical fruit character. The taste is a refreshing mix of almond and citrus, balanced with a crisp minerality that makes it incredibly easy to drink.

Pair it with light seafood dishes like grilled scallops, a goats cheese and herb salad, or a fresh pasta with lemon and basil for a perfect match. It also pairs wonderfully with soft cheeses and simple antipasti.

Vinito began as Brixton Wine Club (shout out to the OGs who remember those days!) which kicked off in 2017 as a laid-back wine tasting group in a London flat.
