Light, vibrant and easy to drink red wine, with an initial fruity taste followed by a punchy, peppery flavour, thanks to the tannins which round this off wine perfectly. Refosco is a bit of an underrated gem!

Made in the hills of Friuli in northern Italy, this canned Refosco is dark, juicy and full of character. Expect blackberries, wild herbs and a little peppery kick, all wrapped up in a bold, earthy finish.

Perfect with a plate of chargrilled sausages, roasted aubergine or anything herby and tomatoey like a baked pasta or mushroom ragu.
