Details

Vinca's organic pale Rosé is made from 100% Syrah grapes - from a selection of vineyards that show off the west coast Sicilian terroir. Careful pressing allows the delicate red fruits to shine and allows the Syrah to bring a slight spice to the finish. A lovely Provence-style Rosé from the coast of Sicily. A pretty salmon pink hue in the glass, with a bouquet of berries and citussy zest.

This dry rosé pairs equally well with spicy Thai and Vietnamese food, picky bits and even grilled seafood.

Vinito began as Brixton Wine Club (shout out to the OGs who remember those days!) which kicked off in 2017 as a laid-back wine tasting group in a London flat.

Friends gathered to sip and chat without the snooty wine talk. We quickly realised that great wine doesn't need pomp and ceremony - it just needs to taste good and be easy to enjoy.
