Can-Vi Natural White 25cl Canned Wine

A textured, characterful white from Catalunya with proper natural wine energy. Made from Macabeu and Parellada, this golden-hued beauty is clean and bright with notes of white fruit, gentle smokiness and a savoury, mineral finish. It sees four days of skin contact and time in clay amphorae, which gives it extra depth and a lovely round mouthfeel - think silky but fresh. No fining, filtration or sulphur here, just good grapes, great farming and careful hands.

Try it with grilled fish, herby roast chicken, manchego or anything involving garlic and olive oil.
