Candour Wine #005 Lively Red 200ml Canned Wine

Candour’s Lively Red is a juicy, chillable red that blurs the lines between a dark rosé and a light red and does it with flair. Made from 80% Blaufränkisch and 20% Zweigelt grown on steep, slate soils in southern Burgenland, Austria, it’s bursting with tart red cherries, raspberries, and a twist of cranberry. The Blaufränkisch brings elegance and a little spice (think black pepper and baking spice), while the Zweigelt softens things with floral lift and juicy fruit. Fermented with native yeasts, lightly sulphured (just 10mg/L), and unfiltered, this natural red is tangy, energetic, and totally unexpected.

Perfect lightly chilled with grilled sausages, roasted beetroot salad, herby lentils, or a salty, thin-crust pizza. Also hits the spot with BBQ jackfruit or mushroom tacos.
