Candour Wine #004 Dry Riesling 200ml Canned Wine

This zesty little number hails from Domaine L&R Kox in Remich, a picturesque town on the Moselle River in Luxembourg where Riesling is the undisputed star. The grapes were farmed using a mix of innovative and traditional techniques. Think drone monitoring alongside tree planting between vine rows (vitiforestry), all with a sustainable ethos. Hand-harvested, fermented in stainless steel and aged for six months on the lees, the result is a vibrant, peachy, and mineral-rich Riesling with bags of energy. Lightly filtered and with just a touch of sulphur, it’s a crisp, clean expression that sings in the glass (or can).

Pairs beautifully with salty snacks, sushi, spicy Thai dishes, grilled trout or fresh goat’s cheese. A great palate-cleanser for flavour-packed meals or long afternoons in the sun.
